Welcome to the site and lets hope you become a regular ! I don't go to giddy on clothing,i wear baggy shorts i'm comfy in,sometimes hiker style trainers if i plan a walk somewhere....you get the idea ! Basically not a lycra fan so i don't go there !

Hi, and thanks for the welcome, i prefer the idea of wearing Baggier shorts etc, but the flapping of the material would annoy me so i'm going to have to go the lycra route! (gulp )! lol, i'v tried jogging in tracky bottoms and couldn't for flapping reasons! so i wear lycra shorts in the house on the treadmill! it's just knowing which brand offer best quality and value for money!
