Ha, love it!

My work colleague came a cropper on a pot hole yesterday. Smashed helmet, damaged bike, bruised and battered body and one not-understanding wife who wants him to give up cycling.. Luckily I wasnt cycling with him as I usually do as am sure broken carbon forks would have sliced him in two!

That's brilliant. I love local newspaper photos of people looking glum, and their TV counterpart, people looking glumly at letters, or photograph albums.

No. For me, it reminds me of something different. Right back to my schooldays: the master summons a wretched boy to the front of the class, orders him "bend over!", lifts the tail of his jacket, and wields the cane....
