I spotted a powder-coating company local to us a couple of weeks ago in units on the left, 1/3 of the way from Hebden Bridge to Todmorden. I don't know how good they are though.

Make sure you're sitting down when you ask Atlantic Boulevard for a quote. They'll do a great job so perfect for a refurb on a top frame, but if it's a tidy up job on a cheapo from then you probably want an industrial powder coater for about £40.
