MPH definitely - can't get on with this metric stuff, I was brought up on good old fashioned imperial measurements

Isn't it a pi55er when nobody acknowledges a perfectly good joke?

There was a thread on yACF the other day entiled "Are you a Proffesional..."

There was much erudite posturing about the merits of one 'job' over another. I simply posted "I'm Bodie..."

The tumbleweeds still blowing along:sad:

I'm an MPH person, I don't use metric until it gets less then a foot long.

im in the minority that was taught both at school, and am pretty good at basic math, so can convert between really easily and quickly..

i prefer mph as thats what everyone else is used to...

mph but I keep thinking about changing as so many events are in km, I find myself converting between them in my head.
