Prescribing free bike rental

Two GP surgeries in Wales will now be able to offer free bike rental to patients in a bid to increase the awareness exercise can play in mental and physical health.

As we know makes perfect sense let's hope more see it that way too.
May only be small scale but it's a welcome start.

My sister in law was obese and was prescribed a month at a council gym... went from doing no exercise to loads

Kept paying afterwards and lost over six stone since gone to weight watchers to learn to eat healthily.... fair play to her..

Surprisingly after over 20 years as t2.. at my last check they said they may start weaning me off my meds... started cycling at 17 stone now 13...

If my bathroom scales are to be believed I've dropped a kilo in the last week by stopping the daytime snacking on sweets, cakes and biscuits, stopping beer during the week and taking a couple of rides and walks.
