Hi,

I'm after a pair of prescription sunglasses, and have read good things about Optilabs.

Does anyone have any advice on pairs or ranges, Optilabs or not, that suit the slimmer head?!

Thanks.

Optilabs offer an awesome service with a fantastic range of glasses. If you call them up and explain what you want they will send you a few frames to try first.

I have a pair of Julbo Cycling Glasses with a CX optical insert. I am looking to update as they are a bit scratched . The Optilabs products look good. Will be scouting around also.

Try rxsport.co.uk they specialise in cycling prescription glasses. Got my pair from them, excellent service.

They send out up to 3 pairs of frames for you to try, then decide if they are for you or not.

Thanks for the replies. Hadn't heard of rxsport or Julbo so will investigate further, alongside Optilabs.

See a recent previous post here.
I've been quite happy with my optilabs specs, but now that specsavers do a sports glass my next pair will come from them as I can choose & try the frames, and be properly measured and fitted, as opposed to just buying online. Optilabs were very helpful about what frame would suit, and do a 'try at home first' service, but at the end of the day you can't beat being properly fitted, not just for the frames but also to get the field of vision correct.
