I'd give the canyon a little overhaul if needed with new cassette, chain, cables, new tyres

And move somewhere bigger ;)

You sale may be hindered by a rather restricted market then and you may need to be a bit flexible on price!
in my opinion big frames hold value better. i spent a good while trying to find a good very large frame before buying new.
I also bought canyon in the end, 65cm.

the roadlite or endurance as it is now frame can be had new for £479, so £300 for the frame is in the ball park i'd guess, so depending on the condition of wheels and groupset id imagine you'd get over £600
