-know when everyone is on holiday

Did the 5 day Practitioners course last week - it's pretty intense and although a lot is common sense it does provide some useful crib sheets of things to do/check when embarking on a project.

We won't be using the full glory of it at work (no way Academics will ever sign off a specification of what they want!) but some aspects will be good to use - it is a framework that can be applied to any project and as such is very useful.
