I'm comtemplating a large purchase from ProBikeKit fairly soon. Can anyone recommend them or otherwise, please?

Same as everyone else here, bought quite a bit of stuff from them and never had a problem. Stuff always turns up pretty quickly.

they sent me a damaged item (broken inside the box, but box not damaged) and now seem to be in no hurry to refund my money - not impressed at all.

that is the next step - I'll keep waiting until the end of this week first though
I would definitely think twice before ordering again from them

Have you phoned? Have they confirmed receipt of the returned parcel. I didn't get a refund for ages from CRC as Collect+ had gone awry. As soon as I spoke with CRC, they refunded (ecven though they'd not received the parcel). Most companies say it can be 5 working days for a refund to be processed by the CC company

I had another company to whom I returned something (I ordered two sizes, returned one), they didn't refund, they didn't ever respond to my emails, couldn't get through on the phone, so I contacted the CC company who refunded the full charge for both items as they had no alternate info...by golly however, the offending retailer were quick to object to the double refund! Would never use them again!

they haven't confirmed receipt but the tracking says it arrived back there ages ago - I've not heard a single thing from them - to be fair they are probably very busy with Christmas orders but still not good enough really
