......has been a feature of my life for about a decade, I've had urinary tract infections (not nice) been taken in to hospital, had cameras go where cameras shouldn't go, been offered a TURP, then told that TURPs don't work all the time...................

but the good news is that cranberry juice works - at least for me. I now drink more cranberry juice than is sensible,and feel a bit of a fool going for the two for two quid offers, but, wtf.........no infections is good enough for me

Something I've suffered from occasionally - not nice.
For me it's always a consequence of getting dehydrated (even if only slightly) over a period of several days. Business travel in countries that go in for very small coffees is always a bit of challenge.
I will start looking for cranberry juice now - thanks for the tip.

Upside... consultant told me that prostatitis sufferers rarely get prostate cancer - don't know why.
