Milan did indeed finally win but only delivered points for his loyal backers at the back-end of the PTP peloton meaning that pblakeney holds on to the pink jersey, having been the only outright owner throughout the race. Complimenti!

With Vingegaard cruising to the win, almost everyone scored big on GC and the field was separated by relatively few points.

Thanks to all for playing along. A week or so off now until the next PTP leg - the Dauphine (or Tour Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes) as the build-up to the Tour properly gets underway.

Oh wow! I genuinely thought that I’d lost it on the last day thinking someone in contention would have picked Milan.
I’ve only won as everybody lost points on the days I’ve gambled and played safe for the rest. It was a fairly predictable Giro though with most interest being in the lower jerseys.
Thank you very much for the scoring!

Everyone had given up on him I think, except those of us who had probably already lost 20-30 points picking him in rest of race and couldn’t risk abandoning him and seeing him finally win!

Thanks for scoring @gregster04! A masterclass in administrative efficiency that I can only aspire to

Thanks! Once I started scoring for a Grand Tour and caught a couple of dodgy cells on the sheet in week 1, it seems to have run fairly serenely.

It was the kind of race where everyone got full points on some stages and then nothing on the others though so I had a good few days where I was basically sharing the same scores.

I think my scoring days are done until 2027 now so will stick to making badly informed breakaway picks for the rest of the season!
