Surely taking the tough old meat and turning it into something delicious makes it more worthy of the restaurant prices.

Pulled pork is great but the problem is that it's so cheap and easy to make mediocre pulled pork that everywhere is doing it now.

I remember when there was about 2 places serving pulled pork in Glasgow, and they were both brilliant

I had some in Glasgow just a few weeks back. It was so bad I had to have at least six pints to hide the experience and two more to ensure I disgraced myself fully as my mother in law was there.

The bike ride to Ireland the next day was good tho, they cut their pork into slices and fry it, then serve it with eggs and sausages for breakfast. Bloody genius, the Emerald Isle is full of it....

I am getting some oak off cuts together from the workshop to soak so I can smoke some pulled pork . It is lovely food done right and I have an American mate on stand by for when I have the stuff ready . He may not be my mate for long though as I keep saying hes Canadian
