I'm off to see if I can modify my son's sonic screwdriver to zap stuff.... looks and sounds just like Dr Who's..... anyone good with electronics ?

I'm sure I could rustle up something for you.

I once tested a radio transmitter that I use for my rockets by sticking it on my window sill and driving to a nearby hill to test the range. I had problems with my electronic car lock and had to resort to using the key. It was only when I was at the hill that I realised that the transmitter was on the same frequency as most electronic car keys. Came back to a few confused neighbours trying to get into their cars.

If you haven't used it probably not. Just squeeze it and you should be able to tell if it's pumped up.
