If you have a road bike, 75psa is not enough. Mine are on 110psi and have not had a puncture for months. Tyres are Armadillo.
 
I run Marathon plus' on my winter hack / trekker. I found a dirty great nail stuck in the tread on the front yesterday. It was bent at right angles and hadn't troubled the shield at all. Brilliant tyres.

He still hasn't told us the cause of the flat tyre, he's besmirching the good name of M+ without any evidence ^_^

I'm confused. There is nothing in the tyre and the tube itself is not fully down. It's like the tyre just went down.

I'm going to pump up the tube and investigate ...

Make sure the core in the valve is tight !

The top bit?

No, the actual core , if loose then air still escapes even when top bit is tightened .

Stirling is blessed with 3 really good bike shops....v44....stirling cycle repairs and rock and road....I'm just about to put my cx into stirling cycle repairs for some surgery...
