Oh dear, thats nasty, do you have a car ?
Did you get a good look at it, I would be hunting it down and returning the favour, perhaps an ambush ?
You would think something so low down the food chain would be empathetic to other bottom feeders like us cyclists, I cant imagine that being on a moped you are that much more able to do damage than another cyclist in terms of leverage ?
This might cheer you up,
We were in Greece as young lads, minding our own coming back from the shops, one lad was dawdling with his bag of shopping and on a dusty, quiet road was 100 yds behind, he got buzzed by two greek youths on Scooters riding around him, hitting him, we heard him shout, the two lads thought he was solo, one had got off to do the job properly and hadnt noticed his four mates legging it back, the one still on the scooter spotted us and tried to alert his colleague who was too busy doing his bit for Anglo-greek relations.
He didnt spot us until to late and took a few blows and ran off, leaving his prized Scooter, he reliased, turned round and implored we give it back, er no, he watched as we had some really good fun with it, skids, jumps, wheelies, burnouts (honest), off roading.
We didnt destroy it but it went back looking a little second hand.
