If you need to bury them in a solid wall, it really isn't difficult. Chase out a groove and be sure to wrap the pipes in Celafelt or similar. This lets them expand and contract when you plaster over.

Should be fine unless they carry very hot water.

I am more concerned about access if they sprung a leak ?
Have they leaked before? Not likely unless there are lots of joints which can't expand and contract... have access points and batten off the wall will let you get access. If they are very hot you can isulate the pipes to prevent the cupboards heating up.
