Queen set to abdicate on 30th April

Queen Kate coins have already been around for a while.

Given the effect of the last British Royal abdication on her father, I am doubtful as to whether our Queen will ever consider abdicating.

I'm sure you are right. It's an unfashionable attitude these days, but the Queen has always taken the concept of personal duty very seriously indeed.
