So you should only vote in this poll if you can vote next week? Or can the rest of us vote too?

I asked my Scottish relatives about it last week. They thought it would be a very close result, probably just a 'no' and that could be used to gain far more devolved power for Scotland. If not enough concessions were made then another referendum would probably be held 10 years later and that would be a sure 'yes'.

There were 'yes' signs everywhere I went in Scotland (why weren't they 'aye'?) but any 'no' signs were getting taken down by 'yes' supporters and the 'no' side were getting annoyed by it.

I'm not eligible to vote but being 25% Scots, I did

I've more right to vote than the English student studying at a Scottish University who was on the radio this morning.
I have 50% Highland ancestry but I thought the vote only went to those living in Scotland?

TBH, I don't know which way I would vote if I could. Emotionally it would be 'yes' but practically, a 'no'.

I think a 'United Regions of Britain' would be the best solution - maximum devolution to Wales, Scotland, NI and England itself (maybe splitting England into N and S regions) and a federal government for things like defence.

Hmm..blue pill, red pill...just how far down do these votes go...
I want to vote in a poll that polls about how I'd vote in a real poll which takes place next week to give you an idea of how to bet down Ladbrokes about the outcome of a poll but I can't.

I'm a Scotsman who still owns a house there, but I'm not allowed to vote, which is slightly annoying, but hey ho, so I'll abstain from the poll.

I vote 'yes' to Scottish independence... although I'm not eligible to vote.
I'd also vote 'yes' for Welsh and NI independence, then I'd vote in favour of a proper north south divide

I recently watched an interview with James McAvoy and he was basically saying that people should be voting for independence because thats what they believe in regardless of the financial/logistical consequences. I think he hit the nail on the head. If there is a financial hit as a result of independence then the Scots, who vote in favour of it, should be prepared to accept that in order to get what their heart desires.

100% Scottish with the bulk of my finances still covered by that jurisdiction and two 'kids', one working, one studying in and around Glasgow. Ido not get the chance to vote however since I now live in Manchester.

If i was able to the choice would depend on what side of bed I got out of on the !8th and whether my head or my heart was in charge on the day.
