Without a central bank, how are you going to operate as a seperate country.
What are you on about, clearly you feel deeply about the bank bailouts, especially if you perceive any of them to be foreign. So who exactly do you think was bailed out, who avoided taking a financial hit due to the bailout?
By the way ownership of all banks will be spread all round the world with a tidy chunk being in tax havens and secrecy jurisdictions.
Finally what do you mean without a central bank? there's no chance of that happening, if the existing can't be used then a new one would be formed just like has always happened.
