Proiorité a droite in simple terms. You're tootling along (on the right hand side of the road), and a vehicle appears from a side road (on the right) You slam on the anchors, furious. But instead of saying "Sorry Mate I Didn't See You" he gives a Gallic shrug, says "bof", lights a Gitane and carries on his way, unpeturbed. Because he had priorité.

Have you been to Austria?

Yea, nearly been killed there a few times. The great smooth roads are populated by great big roaring Audis driven at great speed.
