Quick question - Stem size

This is probably a really stupid question and im almost certain im right.

I have a Focus Culebro road bike bought from Wiggle (link below with pics and spec)

It doesnt state the actual measurements of the stem, i know its 110mm in length, but not to sure on thickness of bars i need.

Am i right in saying i need oversized 31.8mm bars?

As they look alot thicker than normal bars.

Hopefully i get a quick reply, as i want to order some new ones but want to be sure im buying the right size.
