whats better for general fitness .. did 80 miles on the racer on Tuesday --generally trying to go pretty fast as much as poss.. today did 60 on the mtb fair bit off road-- slow slow quick quick slow type stuff gravely hills n all that. decent amount on road as well and my legs are telling me 60 on the mtb is worth about 80 on the racer.. heavier bike to push along i guess..
