Damn - you beat me to it! I was going to say there's a CM in every town & city in the land, twice a day, five, six, sometimes seven days a week... it's just motors in it rather than pedal cycles..

Admittedly though, the drivers aren't out there to swan around and have fun, though they do hog a ridiculous amount of road space compared with cyclists.

I think that the original idea of CM was good and it certainly highlighted and made more people aware of cycling and cyclists. However it's gone on for a long time now and instead of it highlighting a problem it's begining to become a nuisance and could be undoing some of the good it originally gained. Time to think of something else to rejuvenate the cause of the cyclists!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
