Rabbit/hare symbol on forks?

Hi all
So I replaced to these forks recently on an Alf Webb frame. Question is, does anybody know who/What the leaping rabbit logo is on them? They are 531.

@Teamfixed I think its a gazelle, not a rabbit , click this link then click the yellow writing at the side of the word "fork crown"

Looks like a bath tap to me. However, I can see a gazelle on the second example. I've already booked an appointment in for an eye test at Specsavers 😉
