I've got to admit, I quite like riding in the rain, it cools me down and seems to lubricate everything, even me.........

I can see you've led a sheltered lifeHoping for more rain.............![]()
If you're really interested, I thought this was quite a good read.I've always found water's unusual properties fascinating, because it can be ice, liquid and gas, I think we're taking water for granted, when actually it's a marvellous substance that keeps us alive. I think we're made of about 65% water, especially when I was out on the bike today.

I don't mind cycling in the rain once I'm out in it - however getting out the house and onto the bike takes mental strength.
I have pretty good weather gear so I generally keep pretty dry even on the worst of days.
The problem with rain is not so much riding in it, but cleaning and re-lubing the bike afterwards.

Don't bother, lather it in ACF50 and even the worst of winter, rain, salt and road crud won't touch it. Lubricates too, marvellous stuff
