i was picking my bike up from repairs today and then the heaviest rain/thunder hit. i wasn't far from home but when i got back every part of my body was waterlogged

Well it's f*cking hacking it down now, christ knows how I'm going to get to the pub.

Nice evening so far, watching the tour, eating nuts. Only slightly spoiled by an attempt to clean the cat's teeth. I think the vet might be tryna wind me up.

It's been cold and very wet all day in York - fortunately I am working from home

You can say that again. Daughter's graduated from York yesterday. What a soggy day and it was cold too. A day for the ducks and the geese on the campus though!

Don't know! They leave plenty of evidence of their presence - poo everywhere. Surprised it's not deemed a health hazard!
