Raleigh Carlton Super course?

While browsing through a local second hand website I came across this.

I think it's a Super Course but can anyone confirm? Also is around £100 a good or a silly price for it? Rationally I need another project like another hole in my head, but irrationally it may be fun, and I have never owned a Raleigh.

Looks like a USA Super Course mark II, I don't think they were a Uk bike. Well worth £100 with all that chrome

Just get it bought. That Brooks saddle is worth most of the asking price on its own.

So I had a look. Size is good Chrome is indeed thick, if in need of a polish. Huret Allvit rear mech.

However, it would need a change of bars, stem, brake levers and pedals and at the moment I am a bit stretched with the ongoing "significant birthday " project.

If it is still there next time I am out there I may cry "fate", but then again I may not.
