Rumours abound that Rangers are after the Aberdeen manager Derek McInnes.

I say - KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF!!!!!! :cursing:

The best manager we've had since Alex Smith, and that was about 20+ years ago.

Why would he leave a club that is in the top 3 in the Premiership and debt free to a club that' skint?
We don't have the money to get him out his contact at Aberdeen, we will be getting someone who is currently unemployed

Wasn't it supposed to be 20 million worldwide? Just think, if they'd all coughed up 30p each they could have bought the club before Chucky Green got his hands on it, it wouldn't have died and they could have stayed in the SPL.
Nobody was getting the club, Paul Murray tried and got nowhere, we have been shafted ever since whyte took over....I dont now why some folk can't see this, the fans couldn't do a single thing that's why the police are looking into the takeovers

Just read the statement Somers will read out at the AGM , blaming the last board which is what was said last year by the previous board , I wonder if the new board will blame this board next year

His statement reads: "In these past 12 months, I have been surprised at a number of things. Firstly, the highly negative aspect of most of the media reporting regarding Rangers.

"Secondly, because it is clear to me that a stronger Rangers is good for Scottish football, I have been very disappointed to realise that outside of Ibrox, there sadly still exists a great deal of anti-Rangers feeling, perhaps (although I hope not) even in the football establishment."
Away tae f.. Did I imagine all the "armageddon" tripe, the endless mewlings by Derek Johnstone, Goram and the like given free reign in the press to peddle the "poor Rangers" line? What about the Daily Ranger and the miles of column inches given to this joke of a club?

"No one like us, we don't care" - it seems they do care, they care a great deal indeed.

Rangers agm: The mess isn’t our fault – it’s yours says David Somers to Rangers fans
Hear that Tug - it's all your fault.
@RichwilBBC: Somers: we've renegotiated contracts, in a number of cases we've said, sod you, we'll see you in court.
Oh now there's a company worth investing in and doing business with.

I learned a new word today. "Catastrofark"

Can someone explain this one to me?

The crowd go along to the AGM and chant "Out! out! out!"...and then they re-elect the current board.

Also, one of the blokes interviewed summed up "ra peepil" very well when he said something along the lines of "I was brought up being told we were the establishment..."

Look at those numbers. The folk in the crowd are the ones that bought one or two shares off their giros so they could call themselves "shareholders" and get into the AGM. The real power lies with the investment companies and the gangsters like Easdale who each hold millions (I think Easdale holds about 24 million shares alone)
