This thread was closed last week because it had descended into insults and name calling.

We have had two requests to reopen it - one from one of the perpetrators (you know who you are!) and one from an innocent bystander.

So the thread is being reopened so that footie fans have somewhere to discuss the game.

Any further instances of slanging matches, personal insults etc will result in the combatants getting a thread-ban, possibly permanently.

So, if someone starts with the personal insults, please do not retaliate in kind but just report the post. This isn't 'telling tales to teacher', it is just helping these forums to run in a civilised manner.

I wasn't reading the thread for a balanced view of the game - the insults are far more entertaining than the game.

this isn't a place to talk about our games, this is a thread for people to show how obsessed they are with rangers, how they are all now tax experts and how the know every single rangers fan inside and out..they like to tar us all with the same brush, everything thats wrong with scottish football is the big bad rangers fault..and every fan that supports rangers should instead support a local team..pretty much sums it up i'd say

he is a coach not a manager...if he was to walk right now i'd struggle to guess the boards next move, and what manager would come to us just now anyway?

He was part of the board but he was against Whyte and had zero say on who Duff and Phelps sold the club to .
