The executives look after themselves first, the company second. So don't blame bankers, they simply also do what others do !

Not whats happening here , board members looking after the clubs interest were removed and replaced with someone looking after the interest of a shareholder with less than 10% , the tail is truly wagging the dog here .

The company has been under the control of the banks for years , they have made SDM sell off assets for the last 5 years to recoup debts , now they are left with a smaller loss making company with no chance of making money so they have decided to call in the liquidators.

I believe SDM and the bank which has shares in the company still have profit making parts of the original company which they separated from the loss making part , fly as fook but must be legal .

Was a third party who paid out the loans I believe , some type of trust that was set up or you would be correct that under liquidations they would be repayable to the creditors.

Word on the street is all out war at Rangers , expecting EGM to be called for but could be to late by then and Mike Ashley the Billionaire will still have control plus all the assets and all the retail contracts .
A good day for any anti Rangers types :thumbsup:
