rant at mobile phone provider

treated myself to a new phone a few months back , and i have noticed over last few weeks a few issues . so rang my providers yesterday to arrange getting it sorted under w/nty only to be told that if outer casing has any sort of damage then w.nty will more than likely be void !

either way its going back to be looked at , whats the betting repair wont be covered under wnty .

That frame I bought from you 18 months ago collapsed on me and I want my money back..........and don't try and get out of it by telling me the frame was scratched!








Disclaimer: To prevent legal action I would like to state that the frame supplied was just tickity boo and is still offering sterling service and shows no sign of collapse. Further, Mr Biggs is a fine upstanding gentleman who is honest, trustworthy and a man of impeccable reputation, richly deserved.

My daughter had problems with her phone last year, "3" where absolutely no help at all so she got in touch with HTC and they sorted the problem, free of charge and very quickly.

Maybe you should try the manufacturer if your provided is giving you excuses.
