I don't know why but I don't like cooked apples unless they're in a crumble.

Bramley apple, cored, stuffed with light demerara sugar and plugged with sultanas.

Topped with natural yoghurt.

Looks delicious. A proper Autumn pudding. I'll have to get some bramleys.
