don't know if this is of any use but I followed it last year before doing a 200 mile 3 day ride and it worked for me - it just made me focus on getting fit and riding the bike

imo they rarely are though.. but enough to give a good guide.. (((not that I am trying to flog my Tacx Flow for that reason you understand :birthday:! but I am)))

mind you, didnt I read on one of threads that if yu be a stooodent you get a free Wattbike...?:laugh:;) for £1600:angry: they are pretty accurate;):ohmy:
