Rear mud flap

Does anybody know if the specialized rear mud flap will fit my hardtail rockhopper ?

It mentions that it will only fit bikes with disc brakes.

Well I got one called the Enduro guard or something like that. At the moment I quite like it.

It's made for a stump jumper, so will fit that frame better. You want something like above or a marsh guard. There is tonnes of choice with the short guards, mainly used to protect your face from mud fling, and the rear shock.

It was cheap and I thought it looked good. Do you think I should get rid for fear of looking like a tool.

Not at all, just not sure it is going to do anything, if it's just there for show then keep it
