Rear wheel dish etc

Hi all,
My problem is my rear wheel which has a bitex rar9 hub with cartridge bearings on, when I finally managed to straighten it out and dish it properly after buying off an auction i put it into my frame and the rim isn't in the centre,I've checked the frame and it's spot on so normally i would just alter the axle spacers etc on a normal bearing hub to solve this problem but i am at a loss as to what to do with the bitex.

Id say you have it the wrong way round..
small spacer opposite the hub end, they will unscrew or pull out

Thanks for the reply,i originally thought that but the short side has a rubber seal and only fits that side
