I rebuilt my Boardman over the Christmas period as it was badly needing a good service. Plus I wanted to try and make the bike lighter as I've entered the Etape Caledonia later this year. I also got the wheels re-trued at my LBS and they are better now than when I got the bike a year ago.
So the bike got quite a few new parts:
SRAM PG-971 chain
Truvativ PowerSpline BB (water damage to the old one)
Shimano A520 SPD pedals
Vittoria Rubino Pro yellow/black 23mm tyres and inner tubes to suit
Replacement bottle cage (carbon one on seat post snapped last year)
Easton EA70 90mm stem
Easton EA70 580mm handlebars
Ritchey WCS high density foam grips
Ritchey WCS ergo bar ends
Total bike weight has gone down from 11.8kg to 10.5kg
