I took cycling back up in November and have been enjoying my weekly Sunday ride out in to the country starting with 20k then 30, then 40 and now average between 40 and 50k a ride.
The last two rides, the last one in particular being 40k but fairly flat - I've had a really painful bad lower back.
I've not changed anything, although as my fitness improves i'm cycling a little faster.
Any idea's?
