I need a new FD. I mangled the old one months ago and put something on from the parts box that sort of did the job, but isnt happy. It either rubs the chain in the smallest ring or snags the teeth in the largest ring. I've no idea what it is, but it's clearly a poor fit. I think it's a 9 speed device.
It seems that the FD M311 as originally fitted is discontinued? And I sort of need it in a hurry so it's either Amazon or off the shelf at Alf Rauds
It needs to be 8 speed, fit a 28 38 48 triple, bottom pull and clamp on.and work with shimano under (flat)bar triggers.
I'm currently only able to scan the specs on my phone but I'm thinking the FD m313 is basically a newer version of the 311.
Does anyone have an advance on that?
