Goats cheese wrapped in Serano ham, quickly fried to crisp the ham and warm the cheese. Served on some mixed leaves and dressed with a dijon mustard vinigarette.

Oysters with serano chilli, avacado and a cherry tomato. Serve with a side dish of lightly chilled Toffee Crisp.

Please keep up chaps. This is a serious business...

Seared scallops with brown butter, steamed asparagus and soft poached duck egg on a bed of rocket.

Sound weird but tasted divine when I had it in France on my holibobs.

Sounds ideal for transporting down the road.
