1st one was OK.... 2nd one was nothing more than an action film and therefore a pants Sherlock Holmes film... he's a super-sleuth, not an action hero.

Serenity. Didnt know it was a spin off (from Firefly) when i saw it in the cinema at first so it stands alone without having seen the series. Really good though.

I like the remake of Miami Vice too, although i seem to be alone in that viewpoint!
