Darn it... was going to suggest the Knog blinder, but that will only go on the bars... depending on the width of your head tube.

Ok, that's weird, been thinking along similar lines.

If having a bracket that will fit to the brake bolt counts as fitting to the bike's head tube, B+M's Ixon IQ might fit the bill. Reasonably bright, good battery life (4-5 hours on Eneloops) and facility for recharging batteries if you buy the optional plug-in adaptor. The downsides are that it's somewhat fragile (I killed mine after dropping it) and the battery contacts and hinges for the battery compartment aren't very robust.

Otherwise, get another couple of Pharts (stop giggling at the back there!)? After all, it's not like they're expensive...
