Way to pause and record live TV.
Currently paying a small mortgage to Virgin for Broadband, TV and Phone.
I don't pay for Sport or Movies, but I still seem to be paying a fortune for what we do get.
My thinking is, cancel the ruddy lot, get a Humax box and maybe a cheap standalone broadband deal for streaming services, and I don't believe we need a landline at all.
I'm not overly techy these days TBH, so does this sound like a viable option, or what would you recommend?
I want to reduce my outgoings in this area massively as well, so while there's an outlay for the Humax box, after that I'm saving, so I've no interest in any other subscription services such as Sky.
