I can't recommend a Charge Spoon saddle too highly.

For bar comfort, a pair of mitts with gel padding goes a long way.


EDIT! Sorry, that's the titanium version! The steel rail one at about £25 is pretty good too.

Again thank you for the responses. I opted for a Brooks B66 in he end. I received it yesterday, but unfortunately it seems that there is no way to attach it to my current seat post. Is it common for a new post to have to be purchased along with the brooks? If so can anyone recommend one?

I'm going for the Ergon GC3 grips as well. Will there be any compatibility issues there, or will the grips fit on any handlebars?
