Some amazing geological curiosities eg Le Chaos de Rochers, La Roche Tremblante (a 100+ ton rock that can be made to move by one person ()pushing the right point), The Mushroom (giant boulder resting on top much smaller one).

Another place I really liked (though from many years ago) is Vannes. Down in Morbihan so a lot might depend on how mini the mini tour is. I remember it as a really nice old fortified town.
