For social rides, usually beer.

For serious rides I’ll use SIS Rego immediately after the ride… and I do find it works well, particularly for multi-day rides.

The only downside is that it takes a lot of mixing to avoid being gritty or clumpy.

What does everyone drink as recovery drinks post ride and even pre ride?

Ideally a Tripel post ride, St Bernardus is my personal go to.

Pre ride, just water, or if a hill climb race an espresso martini 5 minutes before the start.

A milkshake type protein drink as I find it fends off the temptation of eating everything in sight until I can get around to making something decent istead of just crisps.
