Red LED lights in end of Dropped Bars

Quick question, I've seen a few people who seem to have red LED's lights where the screw goes on the end of dropped handle bars.
I've never been able to find anywhere selling them. Anyone know what I mean and if so have they seen them sold online.
Just seem like a very simple idea and worth having.

I little while back I saw a roadie with what I think are the Tacx Lumos jobbies - front facing white leds as well as the rear red - the front leds were quite effective for their size.

Thats mint, I could have red on the drop bars and front LEDs on the tri bars!
