Erm that should be what you usually do, and not just the nose. Slap the sun cream on and don’t be shy with qty.

Being fair skinned but moley, I've had a number of moles assessed, removed and biopsied. All clear so far, but there's just no point in messing about if there's any risk of melanoma. It's aggressive.


It takes minimal effort to ask a gp for a check.
It takes minimal effort to slap on the suncream; I generally use it from March each year if i'm riding in sunny conditions
