Excellent tea, cakes, etc., lots of cycling books and magazines to peruse, and they do bike repairs too. Should the rider also need repair, Redbourn Physiotherapy is just across the road. The village is also on the route of the Chilterns Cycleway, so just follow the signs.

There's one of these in Newcastle on the Quayside, not sure if they are all linked in some way.
The Newcastle Hub is supposed to be very good, I have been meaning to try it but not got round to it yet.

I went for a Tour de France evening last week there, French wine, French beer, loverly cheeses, a lot of fun. French tutor was trying to teach us english a bit of French, it was a lot of fun. Apparently in next few weeks he is going to have old professional riders doing a Talk, guess there will be more wine involved, I hope so anyway
