Reduce speed limits to 30mph - petition

Round these here parts, the smart motorway part of the M62 between the M1 at junction 29 to Junction 25 for Huddersfield & Brighouse are just about a default 60 Mph limit, that can be dropped to 40 Mph when it's busy, then it seems to be down to 60 Mph again around junction 19 when you get past passport control into Lancashire
