Reducing Swelling

Looking for non-mednitional means of reducing swelling to the side of the face.
Any ideas?

Unable to take painkillers, so looking for any means that don't require painkillers.

That or plastic surgery they may yet be doing! Fitting(epileptic) whilst under general anaesthetic makes it hard to do safely.
Saw the plastic surgery team Sunday, whilst in A&E.

Two things. I've damaged the right-hand side of the face, which has led to an infection.
Damage done includes the jaw on that side.

I hope they sort you out mate, really.
I have a similar problem whilst under anaesthetic with my heart. Luckily only had surgery three times.
